We ask for the age brackets of the people within your booking so that we can try and ensure we book a pitch that will be suitable for you

Your credit or debit card details are used to pay the deposit when making a booking and also for any further outstanding balances – the deposit forms part of the contract between yourselves and the Park when making a booking. This information is not kept beyond the end of your stay with us

This is the data that is required to be held on members of our team and includes, but is not limited to:

National Insurance number – we need this to take PAYE and NI deductions from salaries and report to HMRC

Bank details – these are needed to pay salaries

Relevant qualifications – these are kept to record any training and courses attended

Medical history – it’s important that we know about any medical conditions so we can keep you safe at work

Appraisal information – we want to encourage the learning of new skills and experiences and we do this through personalised feedback
