Booking

Our non-refundable deposit is £50 or payment in full if less than this amount. By paying the deposit you are entering into a contract with the Park and agree to our terms and conditions

Park fees are NOT REFUNDABLE and are due in full on your arrival, less the deposit paid. We do not accept cheque payments on arrival

Cancelling your holiday – if we receive 28 days notice prior to your booked arrival date it will incur the loss of the £50 deposit only. If we receive less than 28 days notice you will be charged in full for the dates booked, less any nights we are able to re-sell. Outstanding balances will be charged to the card used to make the deposit payment

Cancellations need to be made in writing or by e-mail and will be confirmed with you

We strongly advise that you arrange your own holiday insurance

Once your booking has been confirmed any amendments to your dates will incur a £4 administration fee

On arrival, any alteration to your confirmed booking may not be accepted. Alterations include extra persons, change in unit size or additional extras

We do not accept single sex groups or group bookings

Up to a maximum of 6 persons per pitch at the managements discretion

Unless we are notified of your late arrival your pitch will be re-let from 9am the following day

Due to our narrow access lane new arrivals are accepted strictly after 1pm and up to 8pm. Please note we do not have an early or late arrival area

Pitches must be vacated by 11am on day of departure. On arrival day pitches are normally ready from 1pm

We do not accept gazebos, day tents or shelters. Additional small pup tents and additional cars are only accepted on certain pitches, subject to your unit size, and must be stated at time of booking

On the all-weather and fully serviced pitches all of your unit must be pitched within the gravel base. Accurate dimensions of your complete unit must be stated at time of booking

On the Park

Bicycles are not permitted to be ridden anywhere on the Park, including the recreation areas. All cyclists must dismount at the Park entrance and walk on with their bikes. Bicycles may still be brought onto the Park for use elsewhere

In the interest of safety the use of skateboards, roller blades, scooters or micro scooters are not allowed to be used anywhere on the Park. Mobility scooters are permitted

Parents are responsible for the behaviour and supervision of their children/teenagers. Please remember the 10.30pm all quiet rule. It is expected that all teenagers will be returning to their families by 10.30pm. Young children must be accompanied by an adult when using the toilet and dishwashing facilities

Please use our recreation area for ball games, kites, frisbee and other recreational activities that might cause damage or nuisance to others on the touring areas

All quiet between 10.30pm and 8am. Day visitors are expected to have left the Park by 10.30pm. Radios and TV’s must be kept on a low volume at all times

Barbeques and hot pans must be raised off the ground to avoid burning the grass. Open fires or the burning of wood is strictly prohibited

Generators are not permitted to be used on the Park

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the Park and can only be exercised in the allocated dog walk. The dog owner must clean up any mess made on the Park. Dogs are not permitted in any of the Park buildings (except for assistance dogs) and must not be left unattended on the Park at any time

Where possible a breathable ground sheet should be used to preserve the grass. The use of a thicker groundsheet is recommended on our all-weather pitches

The proprietors disclaim all responsibility for any injury, damage or loss to any persons or their property whilst they are using any of the facilities or equipment on the Park. Parents are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times

Our Park conditions are for the benefit of all. The management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund, or refuse to accept any person not observing the Park conditions
