  Park Conditions

Booking:

Our non-refundable deposit is £40.00 or payment in full if less. The deposit will be deducted from your site fees that are due in full on your day of arrival.

Site fees are NOT REFUNDABLE. You may be charged for the full dates booked if we have not received 14 days prior notice to your arrival date, of any amendments.

Once your booking has been confirmed any amendments to your dates will incur a £2 administration fee.

On arrival, any alteration to your confirmed booking may not be accepted. Alterations include extra persons, change in unit size or additional extras.

We accept up to 3 pitches in a group booking but cannot guarantee they will be pitched together. We do not accept single sex groups.

Up to a maximum of 6 persons per pitch at the managements discretion.

Unless we are notified of your late arrival your pitch will be re-let from 9.00am the following day.

No arrivals before 9.00am or after 8.00pm. Please note we do not have an early arrival area.

Pitches must be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure. On arrival day pitches are normally ready by 1.00pm.

We do not accept day tents or shelters, although open sided Gazebos without ground sheets are permitted on some pitches. This is subject to your unit size and must be stated at time of booking.

Additional small pup tents are only accepted on certain pitches.

On The Park:

In the interest of safety the use of skateboards, roller blades, or micro scooters are not permitted anywhere on the Park.

Bicycles must not be left to cause an obstruction. Riders must observe the Park speed limit of 5 mph (walking speed) with no riding after dusk. Children failing to observe these conditions will not be permitted to use their bicycles on the Park.

Parents are responsible for the behaviour and supervision of their children/teenagers. Please remember the 10.30pm all quiet rule. It is expected that all teenagers will be returning to their families by 10.30pm. Young children must be accompanied by an adult when using the toilet and dishwashing facilities.

Please use our recreation area for ball games, kites, frisbee and other recreational activities that might cause damage or nuisance to other people on the camping areas.

No undue noise after 10.30pm in consideration of others, Radios and TV’s must be kept on a low volume at all times.

Barbeques and hot pans must be raised off the ground to avoid burning the grass. Open fires or the burning of wood is strictly prohibited.

Generators are not permitted to be used on the Park.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the Park, and can only be exercised in the allocated dog walk. The dog owner must clean up any mess made on the Park. Dogs are not permitted in any of the Park buildings, and must not be left unattended on the Park at any time.

It is requested that where possible a breathable ground sheet is used to help preserve the grass. The use of a thicker groundsheet is recommended on our all-weather pitches.

The proprietors disclaim all responsibility for any injury or damage to any persons or their property whilst they are using any of the facilities or equipment on the Park. Parents are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.  

Our Park conditions are for the benefit of all, the management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund, or refuse to accept any person not observing the Park conditions
