estuary to the west, the sea to the east,
and numerous creeks to explore. With Trethem
Mill in the heart of the Roseland, you are
only a very short distance from the water. |

There are six accessible slipways close by.
The nearest is Pascos boatyard just a short
2 mile drive drive or a 20 minute walk. |

| Pascos is a
traditional boatyard in beautiful unspoilt
surroundings offering moorings, storage,
repairs and launching facilities. They also
have diesel for sale. Situated on the
western side of the Roseland with access
straight out on to the Carrick Roads and the Fal Estuary. |
